Event Information – Summer Expo 2023

EVENT DETAILS:

The venueMoore Square Park

Date: Saturday, June 17th, 2023

Time: 10am – 4pm
(Vendors are required to be set up for the entire duration 10am-4pm. Outside of an emergency, we ask that you do not break down your table/tent until 4pm)

Load in & Setup Begins at: 8:00am (must be set up by 9:45am)

Weather/Cancellation Policy: This event is rain or shine. In the event we are forced to reschedule the event due to weather, an act of god, or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive a credit for the next event.

Refunds are NOT given if you decide to cancel within 30 days of the event date. Refunds will be given minus a 5% processing fee if you need to cancel outside of 30 days prior to the event, or you will be allowed a full credit for a future event.

The venue provides the following:

  1. Open and airy to accommodate creative setup. Street Level. Easy access to public transportation, near street parking.
  2. FREE Wifi
  3. Bathrooms
  4. Food, drinks, alcohol is available for purchase in the park at Square Burger or if Food/Beer Trucks are present.
  5. Power may not be available or come at an additional cost
  6. Area of tables for eating
  7. Area designed specifically for kids entertainment including a free splash pad.

Vendor Information

Booth Size: 10ftx10ft
Vendors can purchase up to 3 – 10×10 spaces. Anything other than 3 must be pre-approved by RRG staff. Send us an email from the website.

Standard Vendor Spots – These 10×10 spaces are located around the perimeter of the park (Please see mock layout map below. Green squares indicate Standard spaces. Exact location may be subject to change!)

Preferred Vendor Spots – These 10×10 spaces are located in the central part of the park, and are closest to the main stage, Square Burger, Bathrooms, and sitting area. They have the highest levels of foot traffic. There are only 20 of these spaces available. (They are shown in red rectangles on this mock layout.)



If you have not read the terms and conditions of being a RRG vendor please do so here. By paying the vendor fee you acknowledge having read and agreed to these terms. The event details are:

WHAT TO BRING (Suggested)

  • Tables/Racks/Shelving/Tents/Tent Weights
  • Extension cords, surge protectors
  • Credit Card Reader
  • Change
  • Water & Snacks (Food/Drink/Alcohol will be available to purchase in the park)

SET UP:
There will be an area where you can temporarily park to unload everything, after that you’ll need to find a parking space so you don’t get towed. Here are parking areas around the park:

  NEARBY PARKING

We make the floor plan prior to the Expo based on the particular mix of merchants booked. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but do not guarantee a particular type of space or location at the market. Vendors who requested power will be in an area where power is available (if applicable).

Setup: 8:00am-9:45AM (Vendors arriving after 10:00 am may not be allowed to set up and their space may be forfeited)

  • When you arrive someone will be there to direct you where to setup. Vendor spaces may be marked.
  • Spaces will be pre-assigned
  • Vendors must bring their own setup, tables, racks, and extension cords etc.
  • Vendors should come properly prepared to withstand any weather conditions throughout the course of the Event
  • Your space must be set up and ready by event start time (10am)
  • If you arrive after event start time, you may not be allowed to setup

BREAKDOWN:

Please begin packing out no earlier than 4:00 pm and take all belongings with you when you leave the market.

  • Breakdown may begin 30 minutes before event end time but please do not break down tents or tables until 4:00pm
  • Vendors who leave prior to event end time may not be asked back.
  • Make sure to leave your area clean and how you found it. (clean-up fee may be charged if left untidy)
